Lauretta hosts the program today and offers praises for the film Triumph over Evil and its' producer Oscar Delgado promising to look into “next steps” for the messaging of the film. She calls on all prayer warriors to pray for our Nigerian Christian brothers and sisters that are being persecuted for their faith. She calls on all life supporters to reach out to the Governor to express disagreement over the assisted suicide bill that was passed this morning. After the first break, Lauretta is joined by Lindsay Koff of Sent Global Mission to discuss the devastation of the category 5 hurricane making landfall in Jamaica on October 29th and to share what is needed and how to help. The film was released yesterday October 30, 2025. She shares details of the movie and it all rings true to what the film’s producer Oscar Delgado, described the film to be on WOC in episode #4732. Father Anthony summarizes their discussion regarding the film and topics touched on by saying that we are NOT to toy with Evil.

After prayer Father focuses on the readings from yesterday. He draws attention to the need to remain humble and seek God, recognizing that we cannot exhaust God, the more we know Him the more He becomes a mystery.

Father Koys discusses that event and some of the talking point as it relates to him as an American Catholic Priest. He later discusses an edition of the story of Pinocchio, brought to you by the group Well Read Moms, with reflections by Franco Nembrini. Father reads from the story and as he refers to the story as a Christian parable, he goes on to unpack it for his listeners.

Lauretta hosts the program today and takes us on a walk with her over the last’s weeks activities: Baby Bottle Donations, Pentecost USA Conference, and Confirmation Class. She recognizes that aside from Respect for Life Month, October is also Domestic Violence Awareness month as well as the month of the Holy Rosary. Lauretta talks about Father Tolton, his life and legacy. On the second half of the show Lauretta focuses on Halloween and All Hallows’ Eve drawing attention to remaining connected to our Catholic Faith and not the secular version of the events. He speaks about how St. Paul left us with fair warning that we would face issues within and as well as outside the church. The church is a body made up of individuals and as individuals if we all did our part we would uphold the church as its meant to be and maintain order. Father Anthony calls us to individual responsibility as a way to restore the order.

Today Father speaks regarding the 1st reading from mass on Sunday and the correlation of the position of Moses arms and who was winning the battle between the Israelites and the Amalekites. He discovers that the Amalekites were descendants of Esau. Being a history buff, he talks about the fact that family feuds affect history. During the second half of the show Father goes into thoughts of CSW Lewis and ideology to share a couple of Aha! moments.

Today Father and the group discuss the beauty of the Blue Mass that took place this past Sunday, shedding light on the humility that they witnessed in the first responders present. There is the need to remember the work these people do and to recall that outside of their jobs they are you and me, just people with families and the challenges of life. After prayer father shares the Liturgy of the word opening up with the battle waged against Israel, leading to a discussion on current day battles we face and the reminder for the need for fidelity to God.
