Due to Father Anthony being away in Rochester this week, this is a re-air from October 12th, another one of our most popular shows. Thank you.
After traffic being bad, Tony arrives and the Two Tony’s are ready to go, starting off with how bad the traffic is or has been in Chicago. After the opening prayer, the Two Tony’s discuss many things coming up this week, especially tomorrow, October 13th, The Celebration of Our Lady’s Triangle (which is being promoted on and during the breaks). They also talk about how things are different these days in terms of what is going on in society and schools. For complete information, visit:

Due to Mary being out of town and Lauretta's scheduled guest sick with Covid-19 (all of us at Winds of Change hope for a speedy and healthy recovery), this is a re-air from October 25th. Thank you and stay healthy and safe everyone.
Today's Monday with Mary and Lauretta features a very special guest: author Matt Rosenberg. The son of the late radio show (Extension 720) host Milt Rosenberg, Matt joins Mary and Lauretta to discuss his new book, "What's Next Chicago? Notes of a Pissed-Off Native Son." In a straightforward, honest style reminiscent of his father's approach to tackling sensitive issues, Matt lays out his case for the failure of the city's institutions to care for and empower its citizens and the resulting disintegration of the city's fabric, increased crime, and falling population as residents flee for safer and better-run cities. In that regard, he points out how we live in these times, but to remind us to hold on to our faith in God and that even though Life can be difficult, it is an adventure. After the opening prayer, Father Anthony examines more on penance, prayer, and other things the church and priests have talked about in the recent days. He also shares how there are those in life who accept the faith and those who reject the faith.

Due to several technical issues, the show here is shorter and also was off the air for a bit, so we join the show (as indicated after the intro) in progress. We apologize for any problems and inconveniences. Thank you. Father Koys is here once again, ready for more brain wrinkling topics of the day in the times we live in. Today, being after All Saints and All Souls Day, he talks about Purgatory, being the month of November as well. He shares stories about the Saints and their relation to Purgatory, as well as discussing the Old Tridentine Mass.

Mary and Lauretta are here with us and they share some of the uplifting experiences they have had in the past few days, including trick or treating last night for Halloween and the fun. Their second guest is Joyce Duriga, Editor of the Chicago Catholic, the official paper of the Archdiocese and she’s here to discuss the Saints (if not all) for All Saints Day. TGIF everyone and today is a Freaky Friday at Saint Stans, where the show is faced with or was faced with multiple tech problems and the Two Tony’s express their gratitude to Mr. Wizard, Producer Nick working while they’re on the show fixing things up. When that is done and opening prayer, the Two Tony’s discuss the evil and evil presence in the world, clearly indicated by all the tech issues Producer Nick had to fix and Father Anthony shares a personal story about how he felt incapacitated once and felt an evil presence around him causing him to fall into Satan’s Trap as Father Anthony calls it. From this experience, as well as for us all, he established his trust in God and his faith in God to help him and have a shield of protection around us. With this subject matter in mind, The Two Tony’s talk about Halloween this year.
