Episode #4874 Summer Fun and Relaxation

It’s Monday and Lauretta has her mind on all sorts of things this summer. She gives a shout out of congratulations to the Vance family on the new addition to their family, baby boy Alec.  She asks the prayer warriors to lift up the recently killed service members and their families and reminds all the prayer warriors to keep at it as the world needs peace. Lauretta could not do the show today without mentioning the World Cup-what excitement, the game, the players, the coaches, the fans and the delight of foreigners reveling in the USA!  While promoting summer fun and relaxation to all, Lauretta discusses her summer trip to Rome, her love of the beach and pool and her summer reading.  She makes it a point to promote reading over the summer as she encourages you to include reading selections that break out the scriptures in such a way to promote a stronger relationship with God.  Lauretta then takes a look at the Saints of this week, the beauty of their lives and contributions. She ends announcing the upcoming Encounter Retreat-Summer Intensive on August 6^th-8^th at St. James Catholic Church in Arlington Heights.
