As Easter comes this weekend, we are in Good Friday today and we hope you all are doing good and getting ready for Easter. Father Anthony starts out solo on the show and after the opening prayer, Tony arrives and they discuss Good Friday. After some technical issues at the start of the program, we apologize for any problems or inconveniences, but Father Koys comes to us again today. Since we are in Holy Week, his focus is on that and more on the history behind it and shares some inspirational words surrounding. An additional surprise is that after months of not making it in to the studio, Tony is here with Father Koys to help carry the conversation. Mainly, Father Koys and Tony look at the Holy Week, but from the words and works of Cardinal Newman on the suffering of our Lord in terms of mental, physical, and spiritual suffering. They also provide an answer to the question “what is sin?” being an act of a traitor.

Today, they are joined by John DeJak, an attorney, educator, and Headmaster of the Chelsea Academy in Front Royal, Virginia. Mainly, he is an expert on the life of Father Walter Ciszek, SJ and with that in mind, he discusses with Mary and Lauretta the history surrounding him and the various books he’s written on Father Walter Ciszek, SJ, explaining how and why he became an expert on him and to write about him. TGIF loyal listeners and for a change of pace today, Father Koys is back with us this week and thrilled to be filling in for Father Anthony as he returns from Rochester. Today, Father Koys continues to discuss more on mistakes made within the Church. These mistakes are along the lines of bringing people back to the church and bringing quotes from some of the bishops along these lines and he feels that the church needs to do better in helping the lives of our people as a whole. Father Koys also talks about this in terms of us reuniting with God and Christ.

Father Koys is back with us today after last week having his computer hacked into and facing the terrible dread of identity theft. He encourages all of us to make sure we examine emails and to make sure that they are accurate and also from who they are from too. This brings to mind again sin and sinners and the repentance and forgiveness of sins. He also talks about hackers and scammers in general, that millions of people fall for and how they can be avoided, as well as aware of what has been done with the power of technology and some of the wackiness with it.

Tuesday with the Two Tony’s loyal listeners and oh boy have we got a show for you. Tony returns to us after missing last week, with him locking himself out of the house accidentally. Tony shares his side of the story to defend himself LOL, but still all in fun and all good. After all that fun, the Two Tony’s discuss more on all that is happening in the world: the war in Ukraine, the Pandemic, and other things, offering prayers and thoughts for all that is going on. From this, Father Anthony reminds us that the world will have problems and stress and trouble, but we must continue to have hope, pray for peace, and continue to have faith in God and that He will help us and continue to pray.
