TGIF everyone and the Two Tony’s hope you all are okay and doing good after a very tragic week. They pick up where they left off yesterday, discussing more about the tragedy of the Texas shooting. On a different note, the Two Tony’s go into discussing yesterday’s Feast Day: The Feast Day of the Ascension and why it’s important to understand the ascension of Christ before his disciples and what it is supposed to mean, not just for Jesus, but for ourselves as well.

TGIAF with the Two Tony’s once again this week. For one thing, the Two Tony’s share their thoughts, prayers, and sorrow for the terrible school shooting tragedy in Texas this week, with 19 kids and 2 teachers killed. Father Anthony raises the point of pure evil is around us and we have to maintain the faith and fight the good fight. They reflect on other tragic school shootings and how amidst all these, they talk about how this existence and reality of pure evil can be stopped or prevented in the future. With this personification of pure evil present, Father Anthony reminds us we need Gods help in these matters as well and the need for salvation, or suffer the Wrath of God.

It’s another brain wrinkling Wednesday with Father Koys and he continues to look into history continuing more on what he was discussing last week, by looking at abortion through slavery during the Civil War. He also continues using and bringing up the words of Bishop Purcell from the 1860s as he did last week, particularly, he focuses on criticizing the let them along policy that was popular regarding slavery as it is now with abortion. He also has an upcoming play at Saint James on July 23rd.

Tuesday with the Two Tony’s once again loyal listeners and today they discuss, based on the words said by Gandalf to Frodo in The Lord of the Rings, how we live in and wish we didn't have to face very difficult and troubled times, but despite that, we have to make due with the time we have and enjoy moments in our lives. They also look at the dangers surrounding many of the things that the Devil might bring upon us, recalling the words from Paul Harvey. The Two Tony’s remind us about how the words and faith in God and Jesus will help us and allow us to receive their help and remain faithful.

Once again, he’s ready to wrinkle your brain on today’s topics and events and this time…he continues examining the Roe V. Wade case that has been in the media the past few weeks, making it a very historical moment in world history. By using Steven Spielberg’s epic movie Lincoln, Father Koys draws the parallel to the SCOTUS leaked decision regarding Roe V. Wade. Father Koys uses Bishop Purcell’s words from the 1860s to warn of the danger of sitting on the sidelines of an important debate.

The Two Tony’s are back with us and after the opening prayer, they discuss the upcoming consecration of Ukraine and Russia by Pope Francis, in an effort for a peaceful solution to start for the war in Ukraine. This brings to mind Father Anthony talking about dispelling the darkness that is going on and with this tragedy taking place, providing hope in what is being done and the hope the God will allow peace to prevail.
