TGIF everyone and July is reaching its end, with August coming just around the corner and kids going back to school soon.  On a different note, Father Anthony reflects on a article he ready before the show and reflects again on things going on in the world, more specifically a radically changing and secularized society.  This in turn allows the Two Tony’s to continue to discuss that we have to continue the good fight and keep faith and trust in God with the times changing and our faith under attack.

TGIAF with the Two Tony’s and after the opening prayer, they reflect on all the things that children have been exposed to in regards to being raised, such as Disney World, TV, video games, and other aspects in their lives that they are exposed to, in particular Father Anthony shares an article focused on Drag Queens.  This again allows the Two Tony’s to examine how children of different time periods or ages are being exposed to very different things, showing how things have changed in the world.

It’s time to wrinkle your brain again this week loyal listeners, and who better to do that is Father Koys again.  With his upcoming Civil War Reenactment this Saturday, July 23rd (we invite you all to come witness history come to life), he’s very excited and shares how much preparation and work went into this production.  He also shares some history behind some of those you will see in the production.  With the Civil War in mind, as well as the upcoming reenactment, Father Koys looks at several Catholic Morals, Ethics, and Ideals by examining them from two sides.

The Two Tony’s are once again “flying in” to the studio with a very stressful morning, not just with work, but traveling with Chicago traffic, due to Lollapalooza beginning today.  Unfortunately, they share some shocking developments with all that is going on in the world, with Father Anthony saying: “God save America” as well as the world in terms of all the struggles happening in society, government, and nature.  These include the condition of subways, climate change, and politics, which is “frightfully striking” Father Anthony says.  From this, they look at some of the political issues in the world today.

Reunited after weeks of being apart, the Two Tony’s return to us.  After opening remarks and prayers, they discuss some of the things that have passed in the last few weeks, regarding several things within the church, such as the Blessed Mother.  A little later on, they have Yolanda Christmas on the show, a Crossing Guard, a woman who is filled with faith, and a former student of the Saint Stanislaus Kostka School.  She reflects on her faith and experience at Saint Stans and about herself, sharing many fond memories and with what she’s been up to now.
