He expresses all the joy kids experience with going through that, as well as the sponsors they have chosen. Also on a different note, with recent events in society, the three bring up the topic of transgenders, which again raises the idea of how things have changed in the world.

Time once again to wrinkle your brains and to do that…we have Father Thomas Koys with us. Today, he first starts off with talking about what has happened in Springfield, IL. From this, he examines looking at the 1860’s, in particular around the time and tenure of President Abraham Lincoln. He also looks at a new House Bill going on…House Bill 1286, which will change bathrooms into an all gender, multiple occupancy in bathrooms in public, showing changes within society and tolerance of certain things. Father Koys also brings up other House Bills to show what might be changing in our society.

Today, Dave wants to talk about fear and how fear is very big around the world, not just with the Covid-19 Pandemic and the rise of the Delta Variant form of the virus and how that fear has changed so much. One of the biggest things that fear has changed is how mass is conducted these days, with people so used to sitting at home, watching mass on their computers instead of going to mass in church. Maria was baptized in the Holy Spirit in 1987 after an encounter with the risen Lord. She travels the world proclaiming Jesus is the Lord and she recently witnessed the resurrection of a woman in Ireland. Maria is the founder of the Glory of God Foundation which ministers to the homeless and women in detention in Miami. She is the author of ten books and teaches a weekly bible study. In the Octave of Easter and TGIF everyone as we join the Saint Stans Trinity of Father Anthony, Tony, and Cristina today. After the opening prayer and Easter Halleluiah, it’s been a busy day and week with Easter and leading to much going on this weekend, including the 71 kids going through Confirmation this year.
