Today Lauretta fills in for Father Anthony and her guest is Renee Marazon, a member of St. Katherine Drexel Parish where among her many gifts, she shares her talents as the coordinator of the Charism (Spiritual Gifts) Ministry and Prayer Team Ministry and she serves as coordinator of the SKD Alpha Core team and a coach for the South Florida Alpha, USA. Ms. Marazon has an extensive background in K-12 Education, author of over 10 publications, and given retreats, workshops, and parish missions throughout the U.S., Trinidad, and the Philippines. Today, Lauretta and Renee discuss her publication: Charisms of the Holy Spirit: Tools for the New Evangelization, a necessary tool enabling Catholics to discern, learn about, and use their spiritual gifts called Charisms on the path to become "missionary disciples". It’s time to wrinkle your brains again loyal listeners, for Father Koys returns to us this week on a Thursday, filling in for Father Anthony while he is in and is returning from Florida from his moms’ birthday. Father Koys continues where he left off yesterday on cosmology and astrological areas in terms of how God is closer to us with that in mind. This also brings to mind the relationship between science and religion, not just in terms of the back and forth of beliefs that have shifted through the centuries, but also in the modern era.

To help on this, he examines once again the works of Galileo, which raises some things around those who believe in God and those who don’t.

Due to the 4th of July Holiday, this is a re-air from all the way back in 2017 (which is why some things discussed have passed or come to a completion) and it will officially air on WNDZ tomorrow, the 4th of July, 2023. From all of us at Winds of Change, have a fun, safe, and Happy 4th of July.
With the 4th of July being here, Father Anthony shares with us the history behind this, how America dealt and led to being free from the rule of King George and the English/Great Britain, as well as the history of the original 13 colonies, very important individuals who contributed to this, and Declaration of Independence being written up. Father Anthony asks Christina and Tony their feelings on this, not only the history of it, but the present things too, as well as not only political figures involved, but God Himself helped out in giving us gifts to our rights as a nation. The idea of "Freedom" or what freedom is in terms of various subjects/interpretations is brought up here, not only or freedom as a nation, but other things, such as the Laws/Commandments Of God or recent concepts such as Religious Freedom.
