Brendan explains the historical devotion to St. Joseph, his symbols, his role as the foster father of Jesus, and his importance as a role model for fathers, workers, and families. TGIF everyone and today the show is both filled with joy and sadness, particularly because our beloved Producer Nick is about to change positions and today is his last day. Everyone is excited for him, and pray for him too. On a different subject, Father Anthony raises a question that was brought up to him by a patron: “what is the difference between the soul and the spirit?”

TGIAF once again and the feeling of loss is around due to Producer Nick leaving soon for a Full-Time position but everyone understands. Today is the Feast Day of Saint Matthew, so they share some of the history behind this particular Saint and his work that he did to help so many and from this, to “wake up” as Father Anthony says in terms of some of all that is going on in the world. The subject matter takes a more serious and heavy turn towards how Jesus wants to bring His Light to us in our times of need and His assuredness, no matter what time of day or when. In particular…how children are being raised or brought up in a Godless Society.

Today, the discussion continues on faith and the need for faith, as well as how many sometimes need to re-acquaint themselves with faith. In the wake of Father Koys’s mom’s passing, he reflects on several important aspects of her life to wrinkle our brains. He remembers fond and warm memories of her, but also shares some of her favorite works in terms of books and the greatest reward of all…going to Heaven and to be reunited with all the loved ones, family, friends, and more that she will be with. This allows Father Koys to reflect on our concept, perception, and idea of what we expect or think Heaven will appear to be.
