Episode # 5510 – Father Koys On The Law, The Devil, And Saint Thomas Moore
Wednesday Dec 02, 2020
Wednesday Dec 02, 2020
It’s Wednesday and Father Koys is here once again loyal listeners. Today, Father Koys discusses more on the truth as he’s talked about before. This time, he talks about how the news can be good for some or at first, and then turn sour and bad depending on what it’s about. He really wants to ask about those who are dismissing things with the results of the election, such as why many don’t care about the deceptions that are being uncovered. Using several movie clips involving the law and showing saints and sinners in the field of law, including the Devil and Saint Thomas Moore, this leads to how our faith is involved in this recent election.

Tuesday Dec 01, 2020
Tuesday Dec 01, 2020
Tuesday with the Two Tony’s on the first day of December and Tony is in better spirits this week than he was last week. After the opening prayer, the Two Tony’s discuss how the Season of Advent has started, besides Christmas coming up. But on a different subject, Father Anthony talks about a message from Saturday that he got on his voicemail and that it affected him. This also raises the discussion to talk about the way things are going and becoming a little disoriented in society, especially with what has happened to Police Officers in New York. They also talk about the post-election and how so much is being investigated with it, in terms of suspicion of fraud and other things. To help reflect on this and provide some hope of returning to civility, Father Anthony brings up the writings and works from Abraham Lincoln.

He shares his feelings on this and his worries as well. This in turn leads to talking about how the virus is real, but also how it has been bringing more stress and anxiety due to its spread and concerns throughout the world. This brings the discussion to talk about all that is going on, not only in the Church, but also in the world and who has been keeping safe and who hasn’t or who appears to have not followed the safety measures. Tuesday with the Two Tony’s again loyal listeners and again, it feels like they have been gone a long time. Today, they discuss not only how Halloween is approaching, as indicated by Producer Nick’s traditional pumpkin hat, but how Autumn is in the air and the leaves are turning and wind is picking up, even though the weather outside has been warm on some days. However, after talking about a two birds attacking each other, this brings to mind talking about the recent Pet Blessing Father Anthony held, with many fun and cute pets and a good turnout. After the prayer for the world and the upcoming election, on this day in 1917, there was a Miracle of the Sun and Father Anthony talks about that and how visiting is the skull cap of Pope John Paul the Second and how a lot of people are getting really stressed and tired of all the news going on with Covid-19. Once again, this brings to mind our relationship with God and our faith toward Him, in how if we lose our faith, many things such as the nation, family, and other factors in life, may collapse, which in turn once again expresses the need to pray the Rosary.
