Chesterton and his book: Catholics And Converts and it looks at traditions and more to the point, Catholic Traditions, those who appreciate tradition and those who yearn for changeless truth. Chesterton’s book examines these more closely by raising many insightful thoughts along the lines of truth and true faith. Father Koys also relates this to politicians and what is going on within the government today.

These include many things, such as, the Covid-19 Pandemic, the recent elections, and the chaos at the Capital last week. This raises many points on several things, such as defending the faith, turning to God in these troubled times, how the government is viewed, and as they have talked about before on the show, where is the world going. The Two Tony’s share their feelings, but Father Anthony expresses not to give up or lose your faith in God and that the need for prayer is very high.

Today, she discusses Father Augustus Tolton, the first identified black American ordained to the priesthood in the United States and how many steps are being taken have Father Tolton become a saint. Joyce Duriga shares many historical facts about Father Tolton and how important and influential he was in his service in the Church. TGIF and a very cute change of pace today, for joining Father Anthony this time, is 5 students from Saint Stanislaus Kostka Academy here with their teacher Mrs. O'Riley. Today, the kids discuss with Father Anthony their families and also what grades they are in at Saint Stanislaus Kostka School. They also talk about experiences and the experience of being students at the school. They also share their feelings on what they feel grateful for and what it means to be grateful. They also express their feelings on wearing the mask in school and in their lives. Father Anthony also talks to them about the many things and people in their lives, in particular, vocations. The kids also ask Father Anthony some very intriguing questions regarding elements of the church and being Catholic.

After the beginning prayer, it’s a sad start with hearing that the grandfather of one of the students at Saint Stanislaus Kostka School passed, raising the reality of what occurs in the Parish and how there is joy and sadness in the world and that people need to grieve for things and people. This also continues on the discussion of life and death and how we are here for a short time on Earth, but that everything is all natural and remind us of the faith. Tuesday with the Two Tony’s on the first day of December and Tony is in better spirits this week than he was last week. After the opening prayer, the Two Tony’s discuss how the Season of Advent has started, besides Christmas coming up. But on a different subject, Father Anthony talks about a message from Saturday that he got on his voicemail and that it affected him. This also raises the discussion to talk about the way things are going and becoming a little disoriented in society, especially with what has happened to Police Officers in New York. They also talk about the post-election and how so much is being investigated with it, in terms of suspicion of fraud and other things. To help reflect on this and provide some hope of returning to civility, Father Anthony brings up the writings and works from Abraham Lincoln.

Today, their focus is on how students and teachers have been eLearning since the Pandemic occurred, but also how some are doing In person learning, in particular at Saint Stanislaus Kostka School, with Father Anthony talking about being over at the school this morning. After the prayer, the Two Tony’s once again discuss all the confusion that is going on and the idea of trust is brought up, as well as trusting God and how the importance of prayer can help with that and feel the presence of God. This brings to mind how things have changed all over the world due to the Pandemic and Father Anthony stresses everyone, especially parents, to turn and thank God for all that He has provided and that He is with us and acknowledge God.
