TGIF as the Two Tony’s do their first Friday show of the New Year and it’s still cold in the studio and Chicago area but they are warm in spirit for the show. Today, they start off with sharing articles and readings Father Anthony has come across in terms of the Christmas Season with giving. They also reflect on other things in the past related to the present. This brings to mind the suffering we go through in life and how by turning to God that He will help us and He will guide us out of the Domain of Evil.

On another cold day in Chicago, the Two Tony’s are here and they are trying to stay warm with making coffee for the show and dressing warm in the cold studio. Technically, this Thursday is the 12th Day of Christmas in the Christmas Season, so they discuss that and the Feast of the Epiphany is today as well. With it cold this week, the Two Tony’s discuss the cold as well as living in Chicago and living in this city for a long time. From all that is going on, they discuss once again the times we live in and how we get through these apocalyptic times. After the first break, the Two Tony’s focus on the Feast Day of the Epiphany.

Yes loyal listeners, he was sick with the virus which proves how serious this is and also shares not only his absence with this, but another from years ago when he was forced to be away from the show, that time for work. Tony discusses the experience he and his wife Angelica went through with being sick with Covid-19, leading toward his feelings changing and taking a different turn, providing an eyewitness account of those who get sick with the virus. After the first break, the Two Tony’s discuss more on the Christmas season, including the Annual Christmas Test.

It’s the New Year and Mary and Lauretta have their first show in 2022 here. Coming from a wonderful holiday break with their families, the ladies are very excited and thrilled to be back hosting the show. On the show today, they have two guests and first up…Anna Kinskey, the Associate Director WeDignify and from the Chicago March for Life (which is coming up this weekend), discussing the details on what will be happening at this year’s March and what people can expect. Second, the ladies welcome Pastor Chris Butler, one of the featured speakers at this year’s Chicago March and he shares a little on what he will be speaking about and what motivated him to be a part of the March for Life. TGIF and Happy New Year Everyone, as we are on this New Year’s Eve and the last of 2021 and we welcome (with hope) 2022, as well as wishing everyone to stay safe with the Pandemic going on and an upcoming snow storm Chicago is supposed to get this weekend. This day is also the Feast Day of the Holy Mother of God, and Father Anthony explains how these two special days mix well together and work well together. With this in mind, Father Anthony still reminds us that God will help us in our times of need, even though a new year approaches, He will still help us. Despite the fact that Christmas is over but we are still in the Christmas season, Father Anthony shares once again one of his favorite Christmas stories: Barrington Bunny. This story relates to the story of Christ and His sacrifice, as well as relates to the start of the new year.

TGIAF loyal listeners and Father Anthony wishes everyone a Merry Christmas, due to us still being in the Christmas season, but he is concerned with all those who are sick with Covid-19, especially with the new Omicron Variant of the virus and offers his thoughts and prayers to all those who are sick with it. Father Anthony is a little overwhelmed, not just with the Covid-19 Omicron Variant information, but with so much going on at Saint Stans, with lots to work on and to finish and to have done for Christmas and the Christmas season. His main topic of discussion is how people worship these days, not just in a traditional way, but in a few different ways in order to show our devotion to God and worship of Him. He stresses the importance of this in the sad, troubled times we live in.

It's the Wednesday after Christmas and before the new year, 2022, and Father Koys is back with us, seeing that this week is a gift between Christmas and New Year's allowing him to reflect on several topics to wrinkle your brains loyal listeners. First off, his shares with us the story of Bob May and his creation of the story of the most famous of Santa's reindeer: Rudolph and how when it was first written, Montgomery Ward distributed the book and Father Koys says it's more of an act of corporate goodness, rather than greed. He also reflects on recent readings and Covid-19 information and facts, again regarding the vaccines.

Due to Father Anthony having a lot of work to do and a wedding and funerals to conduct, he couldn't make it on the show and this is a re-air from December 14th. It is another one of our popular shows and it has been edited for time at the end. Thank you.
Father Anthony is flying solo today, or is he? As the show starts, Father Anthony welcomes two special guests on the show: Producer Nick and Jazmin from the office upstairs. It feels like old times with the three sharing memories, fun, and Jazmin talks about her new baby on the way. Both share fond memories and express how good it is to be working at and a part of the Saint Stans staff. After the first break, Father Anthony shares a reflection he’s read that puts things in perspective in the times we live in. From this, once again, Father Anthony reminds us to be wake up and be vigilante this time of year during the Season of Advent and Christmas and embrace God’s presence and His help to rid us of our sins and seek forgiveness.
